Dials Coffee Company works with a dedicated roasting and fulfillment partner to prepare and ship coffee directly to our customers. Inventory availability is synchronized with the producer so the options shown in our store reflect current fulfillment availability.

Processing and Tracking

Orders require preparation before shipment. Delivery estimates shown during checkout are estimates and can vary by destination, order size, and carrier conditions. Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout once it becomes available.

Separate Shipments

Products within the same order may occasionally arrive separately when they require different packaging or fulfillment handling.

Choosing the Right Grind

• Whole Bean: best if you grind immediately before brewing.
• Standard: suited to most automatic drip coffee makers.
• Coarse: commonly used for French press and cold brew.
• Espresso: finely ground for espresso preparation.
